Self Love Academy offers a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind curriculum that was created and overseen by Mother Mary. This is not a curriculum that is taught in schools, nor is it a curriculum that is received by your mind. Rather, Self Love Academy offers a plethora of extraordinary activations, transmissions, clearings, and ancient mystery school teachings that resonate directly within your sacred heart.
This life-changing 8 week journey is specifically designed to bypass the normal defenses of the mind and broadcast a resonance that aligns directly to your heart, thereby offering you the following:

My name is Hope, and I grew up thinking that self-sacrifice was normal. That being hard on yourself was normal. That if you wanted to be a 'good person', be spiritual, it meant the physical world had to be a struggle. Somehow that showed you were worthy and focused on 'higher things'. My Self-Love journey is an ongoing process of deconditioning that toxic programming, embracing integration and wholeness. Finding out who I Am, beneath the limited constructs I created growing up. Empowered is my word for this year. Taking back my power, my desires, my reality. Is it messy? Yes. Is it worth it? A whole-hearted yes!

After surviving a torturous molestation when I was 11, a monstrous black hole of shame was created within me. At my first frat party, when I was 19, I was secretly raped in a back room and threatened not to tell anyone. This began a cycle of trauma reenactment where I continued to surrender my body to starving men who would silently violate me behind closed doors. This went on for 10 years. Every time it happened, (which was too many to count) I would blame myself. I didn't know I had any agency over my body, so whenever I was touched inappropriately, I would become paralyzed, unable to move or speak. In my attempt to numb the pain, my life became a whirlwind of dissociation and addiction to alcohol, drugs, over-exercising, isolating, codependency, & a ruthless eating disorder. Barely surviving a drug overdose, I promised to God, "If I live, I promise to learn to love myself!" After many messy years of courageously committing to Self- Love over and over and over again, a foundation of enough self- forgiveness and self- compassion started to take root. As the 2017 solar eclipse approached, I was intuitively guided to marry my Soul. On that ordained day, I raised my hands to the sky and pronounced myself worthy of the pure love that I AM.

I love to adventure, I love to go deep. You'll never catch me in a superficial conversation. I am a super intuitive empath who loves all things spiritual, healing, astrology, mystical, yoga and nature. I have a Cancer Sun, Cancer Moon and Aquarius Rising which means I have the biggest heart but also here to ignite change, to serve and uplift others as well as the planet. I love to think outside the box and question the normal but always come back to love. Love, intuition and spirit guide me in every moment. I love to have fun, to laugh, to travel and try new things. When I am not teaching or in a session, I am exploring something new or outside, I love being outside! Empowering others to remember just how truly magical they are is one of my favorite things.

My journey of self-love started the moment I realized I didn’t actually love myself. This awareness totally took me by surprise. For the last six years, I have been letting go of the person I thought I should be and couldn’t be, and remembering and rediscovering the truth of who I am.
It has been a journey of joy, pain, and everything in between.
I have learned to feel my feelings, speak my truths, and (this is a big one for me) open my heart to love myself. I can now say with ease and wholeheartedness that I truly love me, all of me.
I am excited for the opportunity to cross paths with you and share my journey of self love.

We often are taught to give to others love first and reserve love for ourselves last, and yet all of the miracles that our hearts are asking for come as the result of the choice to align with the divine love that we truly are.
Self Love Academy will take place via Zoom and is thus accessible to anyone from anywhere in the world.
